Adversaries achieved such intrusion via carefully crafted attacks of large magnitude that seek to wreak havoc on network infrastructures with a focus personal gains and rewards. Study proposes spectral-clustering hybrid genetic algorithm trained modular neural detect fraud in credit card transactions.
